Sams On Site operates toledomobilestorage.com. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, call us at 419-745-9492 and ask — we would rather answer than have you guess.
Information you give us
The contact form asks for your name, phone number or email address, and a description of what you need. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to quote your job. Submissions are routed to our sales inbox through an automation service so they reach a person quickly. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with anyone outside our own family of brands (Sams 3PL Solutions and My Parking Hub) unless you ask us to.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which pages lead to phone calls or form submissions. GA4 sets cookies and collects an approximate location and device information. It does not tell us who you are personally. We also record when someone taps a phone number or submits the contact form, so we know which pages actually help people.
Security and bot protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission is coming from a person rather than an automated script. Cloudflare also serves and protects the site itself and may process technical request data (such as IP address) for security and performance purposes.
Cookies
Cookies on this site come from analytics and security tools described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, we will just have less insight into how it is being used. Most browsers also support a "Do Not Track" signal and global privacy controls.
Your choices
You can ask us what contact information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call 419-745-9492 and tell us what you would like done. If you submitted a quote request and no longer want us to follow up, say so and we will close it out.
Children
This is a commercial equipment rental site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
